By calling our usual telephone number, 93 814 17 51, you can record the type of fault and the appropriate actions will be taken to resolve it. If any other action is required, beyond the emergency at hand, this will be assessed later with the community manager.
Who can use this service?
Communication of these emergency breakdowns must be made through the president of the community, who can authorize the intervention proposed by the corresponding industrialist and the cost thereof, if applicable.
In which cases should this service be used?
This service is indicated for emergency breakdowns that may arise in the community, in temporary spaces that are outside normal working hours (mainly nights, weekends, holidays and vacations).
What do we mean by emergency breakdowns?
These are breakdowns that affect the operation of basic equipment, areas and/or community elements, which require an immediate solution to prevent imminent damage and/or harm to the community, any co-owner, as well as to third parties.
Some examples:
- Gas: Breakages and leaks.
- Water: Broken pipes and/or downpipes, leaks and floods, pump failure, etc.
- Electricity: Lack of electricity in community areas and/or elements.
- Elevator: Flooding of the pit, rescue of people and stopped elevator.
- TV Antennas: No signal or poor display (general failure).
- Unblocking through dirty water.
- Entrance door to the building: Lack of closure (risk of theft)
- Parking Doors: When it remains open/closed and cannot be manipulated manually.
