On the ground floor, there is a huge living-dining room with a fireplace and access to a magnificent Provencal-style garden, tastefully decorated and featuring a chill-out area perfect for unforgettable evenings and, why not, a relaxing nap. The 32m² swimming pool is spacious and has a large capacity, and the front garden is accessible from the pool itself, as the two are connected.
The house features a large kitchen where you can host dinners with friends and family. There is also a full bathroom on the same floor.
On the upper floor we find a very large hall, converted into a second living room and which could be converted into a sixth bedroom, also on the same floor there are 5 more bedrooms, one of them en suite with its own bathroom, there is also a second bathroom and a toilet.
