A three-storey house is proposed (ground floor, first floor and loft) that exhausts the regulatory height and buildable depth once the land is transferred to the road.
An optional interior oil-dynamic elevator is also planned that goes up to the loft and roof, and that converts the three floors of the building into one for mobility purposes.
The ground floor is intended for a garage, entrance hall (with stairs and lift), toilet and living-dining room-kitchen with access to the rear garden of approximately 30 m2.
The garage has room for a family vehicle, and its depth can be reduced to increase the surface area of the living-dining-kitchen area. (The kitchen can be made independent)
The first floor is intended for the bedroom area, with two double bedrooms on the back façade, a full bathroom, a “suite” on the front façade (with a bedroom, dressing room and full bathroom for private use), and a central distributor with stairs and lift.
