The average rental price for a home in Catalonia has increased by 6.8 TP6T year-on-year during 2016 and has reached 595 euros per month. Rental income has increased, for the second consecutive year, in all areas, although with different intensity. While in Barcelona city it has risen by 91 TP6T, in the metropolitan area the increase is 5.9 TP6T and in the rest of Catalonia it is 5.9 TP6T.
