Deadlines for carrying out the ITE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The established deadlines vary according to the age and type of building:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Multi-family buildings<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Built before 1951: Should have already passed inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 1951 and 1960: Until December 31, 2015.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 1961 and 1971: Until December 31, 2016.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 1971: In the year in which they reach 45 years of seniority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single-family buildings<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Built before 1900: Until December 31, 2016.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 1901 and 1930: Until December 31, 2017.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 1931 and 1950: Until December 31, 2018.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 1975: In the year in which they reach 45 years of seniority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Single-family buildings separated by at least 1.5 meters from the public road or with a valid habitability certificate are exempt until it expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
